The Challenge
Whilst Malcolm Pacific had an existing website; it was outdated, slow and visually unappealing. The most urgent reason for the redesign sat within its user experience. The high click depth to key conversion pages left the user struggling to find the right information to make an informed decision on whether or not Malcolm Pacific Immigration could help them.
They struggled to find the right partner who could transform their vision into a new website. The redesign and development were complicated by a network of 70 web pages and 300 news articles that needed to be optimised and migrated correctly in order to retain their SEO rankings.
Our Solution
Conversion optimisation was our most important criteria when redesigning the website. Visitors must be able to access the contact forms or details within one click. A mega menu displaying the critical conversion pages was created to reduce the click depth in some cases by 75%. Clear CTA linking to related pages were also established.
Our design concept kept the brand identity clean and professional to instil the feel that Malcolm Pacific was a trusted, well-regarded institution. Well-structured, high-resolution imagery and a simple design structure across the site ensured high search engine visibility. Utilising Webflow's intuitive page builders, the redevelopment significantly reduced average page speed, allowing for a far greater customer experience and much higher conversion rate.
