Once the system is live, the engagement runs on three loops: weekly, monthly, and quarterly. There are few meetings, all of them short, and everything else happens async. The work happens between the meetings, not in them.

The three loops

Weekly: the async update

Every week you get a written update you can read in two minutes: what moved, what we shipped, what we’re testing, and what we need from you with deadlines attached. It arrives the same day each week, so it becomes a habit, not a surprise.

Monthly: the performance review

A one hour call walking through the growth sheet: the agreed outcomes against target, what drove the movement, and what we’re changing next month and why. You’ll never see a number in this meeting that you couldn’t have seen yourself the day before, because the sheet is always live.

Quarterly: the plan

A 90 minute session zooming out: what compounded, what didn’t, where the next quarter’s effort goes, and whether the agreed outcomes are still the right ones as the business evolves. This is where budgets and priorities get reset.

What runs continuously underneath

  • Daily monitoring. Automated checks on spend, cost per customer, tracking health, and the agreed performance metrics, with anomalies getting a human look within hours.
  • The creative loop. Batches of scripts, tested, and iterated monthly, as described in performance creative.
  • Media management. Budgets and structure reviewed weekly against the growth sheet, as covered in paid ads.
  • The always-on growth sheet. Your live view of the agreed numbers, updated continuously, so there’s no waiting for month-end to know where you stand.
When something goes wrongBad news travels fastest here. If a number breaks, a test fails hard, or we’ve made a mistake, you’ll hear it from us directly, same day for anything material, along with what happened, what it cost, and what we’re doing about it. In practice, that’s a big part of what owning the results means.
