There’s a Shopify app for pretty much everything, whether it's for adding in customer reviews or assisting with email marketing. We’ve dedicated this post to why we use the three leading Shopify apps we use and the benefits of using them.
To easily extend your Shopify store with personal fields like text fields, images and more, we use Accentuate Custom Fields (ACF). Even though Shopify is one of the best eCommerce systems out, it can’t serve every purpose, which is where ACF comes in.
One of the biggest pitfalls of most eCommerce platforms is not being able to manage large blocks of information easily and at scale. With eCommerce platforms, performance isn’t all about speed - it’s about its usability for the user as well.
If you want to add additional product details or usage instructions to online product manuals, now you can do so. You can even create extra fields and take control of your design layout, define embedded scripts, and more.
If you want to upgrade your Shopify and use it as a content management system, ACF offers many benefits. With the features listed above, there are plenty more to add to the list.
You want something that integrates easily and quickly and overall makes your Shopify eCommerce store that much better. While the Shopify system is excellent at being an engine for eCommerce, paired with ACF’s features like marketing integration and the ability to add info to your pages, we’ve definitely saved time and money thanks to this add-on.
What ACF Adds to Your Shopify Store
To add the ACF add-on to your Shopify store, simply follow the Shopify app store’s instructions here.

Like Google’s organic search results, using the Shopping Tab is free for anyone with an existing Google Merchant account. Suppose your Google Shopping products contain rich visual content, along with a quality title, description, and even ratings and reviews. In that case, your product may be eligible for free enhanced listings, which will appear in the organic shopping tab search results.
Enhanced listings appear in rich content formats on the Shopping tab. On your eCommerce sites, you want to own your marketing. With customer data available through Klaviyo, we have access to not just what customers click on, but their time spent on the store, the product page they visit for the longest or the most (heat mapping), and more.
Using Klaviyo with Shopify is especially useful. You can personalise your marketing for your eCommerce store. Whether that be sending personal and better communications to delivering memorable experiences for your customers.
Let’s dive a bit deeper into the features of Klaviyo. The fast integrations with Shopify are easy to combine with data from external marketing tools, creating a single comprehensive view of it all. And if you want to segment that data based on customers’ behaviour or engagement with certain products, you can do that too.
Klaviyo places a few code lines on your site to open up a new world of targeting options. So you can learn what your customers are doing on your site, who looked at a product and didn’t buy it and more. Once you scan through the behaviour, you can then personalise your marketing, including template tags with individuals’ name blocks, what behaviour group you want to send an email to, etc.
Optimise Klaviyo for Shopify Sales
While the steps of downloading and using Klaviyo are much like Feed for Google Shopping, there is an additional task you must do - follow their contact form via their website to get started.
